All media in the gallery are intended for personal, educational and nonprofit/non-commercial use only.
Videos credited to the National Science Foundation, an agency of the U.S. Government, may be distributed freely. However, some materials within the videos may be copyrighted. Being able to paint is a big deal for Jessie Owen, who suffered spinal cord injury 5 years ago. With help from researchers at NSF-supported Center for Neurotechnology at the University of Washington, she is regaining mobility in her hands and arms.
