Wind-wave facility at Portland State University

Researchers perform experiments using particle image velocimetry in the wind-wave facility at Portland State University to observe and characterize the flow behind an offshore floating wind turbine. Understanding the wind-wave-turbine interaction of offshore wind farms could help unlock their vast potential.
