Mountain lion kitten enjoys a sunrise meal

A mountain lion kitten whose mother, "P13," was among the least nocturnal of the lions tracked for a study, enjoys a sunrise meal in the Santa Monica Mountains. Researchers studying mountain lions in greater Los Angeles found they're proactively shifting their activity to avoid interacting with humans, becoming more nocturnal than lions who live in remote regions.
