A "clean room" facility at Georgia Tech ERC
A Class 1000 "clean room" facility at the Georgia Tech Center for Low Cost Electronics Packaging Research (PRC). The prototype lab enables the processing of 300-mm SOP substrates with high-density wiring and integral passives. The Georgia Tech PRC is a nonprofit consortia funded by the National Science Foundation's Engineering Research Centers program, the electronics industry and the state of Georgia.
