Infrared near-field image of block copolymer surface
An infrared, near-field microscopic image of a polystyrene-poly (dimethylsiloxane) (PS-PDMS) block copolymer surface. The upper image shows the surface at constant tip surface separation. The bottom shows the surface imaged at constant height above the substrate. PDMS appears as the small bumps in the lower image.
