All media in the gallery are intended for personal, educational and nonprofit/non-commercial use only.
Videos credited to the National Science Foundation, an agency of the U.S. Government, may be distributed freely. However, some materials within the videos may be copyrighted. A Giant Magnet's 3200-Mile Voyage
Muon G-2, the world's largest electromagnetic ring, is traveling in one piece from Brookhaven National Laboratory on New York's Long Island to Fermilab outside Chicago. Its arrival may lead scientists to the next big discoveries in particle physics.
