EVENT: Arctic Science Section Office Hour

Join NSF's Arctic Sciences Section, in the Office of Polar Programs, for a community office hour on March 15, 2024 from 1-2pm EST. In this office hour staff will provide updates on expectations for the upcoming Arctic field season, new opportunities, new policies and requirements, and other updates. There will be time set aside to ask questions.

The U.S. National Science Foundation propels the nation forward by advancing fundamental research in all fields of science and engineering. Each year, NSF receives more than 40,000 competitive proposals and makes about 11,000 new awards. Those awards include support for cooperative research with industry, Arctic and Antarctic research and operations, and U.S. participation in international scientific efforts.
