The Office of the General Counsel oversees the Foundation's implementation of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 USC 552, and the Privacy Act (PA), 5 USC 552a. OGC also provides advice to agency employees about the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA).
